Management Trainee
Responsibilities :
Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience.
- Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.
- Work in different departments to gain perspective
- Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.
- Attend periodic evaluations and Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.
- Evaluate work output and help set Work Instructions and policies
- Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
Requirements :
- An Active and Enthusiastic individual with max of age 26 years old
- Hold min. Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2,75. Majoring in Logistic, Engineering, Finance and Accounting are preferred
- Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years experiences are welcome to apply
- He/She must be an adaptable person, have a good analytical thinking, and capable of working well with others.
- A Management Trainee should be prepared to work in a variety of situations. Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment is a must
- Not only Travel and time away from home, Management Trainees may also be available to be relocated in any branches and sites throughout the countries (including our jobsite outside Java)
- Have a significant organizational experience and excellent communication skills, are very helpful to be success in this position 15 position(s) available
DRAFTER
Responsibilities :
- Drawing layout design of new building with accessories, exp. : electrical, water pipe, etc.
- Understand about estimated cost of new building construction
- Monitors and controls progress the construction of new building project
Requirements :
- Male, max. 30 years old
- Min. hold Diploma degree
- Able to use autocad 2d & 3d, photoshop
- Having experience min. 1 year in related field
- Willing to be placed at Nagrak, Cakung Cilincing (Jakarta Utara)
Finance / Accounting Officer
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max. 30 years old
- Hold Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Having experience min. 1 year in related field
- Detail, high motivation, capability to work under pressure
- Working location in Cakung Cilincing, Jakarta Timur
Legal Staff
Responsibilities :
Review and Drafting contract
Monitoring the validity of agreement
Coordinating with all user related to make a new cooperation agreement
Doing documentation related to legal’s documents
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max. 25 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate (MS. Office)
- English literate, both oral or written
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skill
- Working Location : Cakung Cilincing, Jakarta Timur
Bank Relation Officer
Responsibilities :
- Building relationship to the Bank related to loan funds
- Maintain a good relationship with our Bank partner
- Prepairing the analysis of new project to be submitted to Bank
- Prepairing the documents related for the bank agreement process
Requirements :
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): analytical thinking skill, communication skill.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
